Anthony CLAVIER

Missions

I'm in charge of the library, documentation for researchers, putting them in touch with the region's documentation centres and organising events, particularly around books (Rencontres de la bibliothèque). I also monitor the Indian European Advanced Research Network (IEARN).

Career

I first worked in the digitisation of old and heritage documents, then in public libraries in Bordeaux and Nantes. After a spell in a private business intelligence sales company, I joined the Institute in 2019.

Interests

Literature, singing. I speak English, German and a little Polish, understand Spanish and Italian, and read Greek, Russian and Arabic - I have a great interest in languages, their history and their music!
