Missions
My role is to focus on human interaction, relational quality and team support in a collaborative environment by maintaining interpersonal relations with the team and the Institute's partners. I am the main point of contact for visitors' questions and requests, directing them to the relevant departments within the Institute and the MSH. I manage mail and provide support for communication activities, events and the organisation of internal and external activities.
Career
With a background in customer marketing and regional marketing, I've gained a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors where the individual is at the heart of the business, through unifying projects and regional issues. After several years in Paris, I had the opportunity to take charge of a cultural tourism site in Normandy for 8 years within an agri/agro-tourism cooperative group. The expertise I acquired in hospitality, organising seminars, receptions and setting up events was a springboard for joining this fine institution that is the Institut.
Interests
Inspired by philosophy, humanism, epicureanism, the arts and crafts, heritage enhancement... I'm looking to move towards "happy sobriety" (according to Pierre Rabhi): natural resources and green thumbs.
