Missions
I support the Institute’s team with logistical and organizational tasks by providing tailored concierge services one day a week. My role is to make daily life easier for residents, guests, and staff by offering practical, efficient, and personalized solutions. I’m particularly involved in logistics related to accommodation, transportation, and bookings, as well as providing occasional support for event organization and other practical team needs.
Career
I have over ten years of experience in the tourism industry, mainly in front desk management, service coordination, and event organization. In 2023, I founded Lugn Conciergerie to continue this activity independently.
Interests
I enjoy supporting organizations in their daily operations to help them gain peace of mind and work more efficiently. I’m also passionate about cooking and discovering new flavors — in short, I’m a real foodie! I also love traveling to explore new countries, their cultures, and their histories.
