The Institute benefits from a valuable partnership with J2C, a service provider specializing in technical property management. This partnership covers not only the management of the Institute’s offices and common areas but also the apartments where our fellows are housed during their residencies. Thanks to this collaboration, we can fully focus on our mission, knowing that all our spaces are maintained with professionalism and responsiveness.
Daily Technical Management
The J2C team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all the property’s facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Whether for urgent interventions or routine tasks, J2C's fast and efficient service allows our team and residents to enjoy a pleasant and functional working and living environment, without having to worry about logistical concerns.
A Dedicated and Responsive Team
This year, the team responsible for managing and maintaining the Institute includes Gaël, who oversees the building's technical management, Camille, in charge of concierge services for our fellows, and Quentin and Xavier, responsible for general technical maintenance. Their close presence and ability to respond quickly to needs allow us to enjoy a well-maintained and serene environment, which helps us stay focused on our core mission.
